Search Light Signal Features:   

• HO N  O  & Large Scale Search Light signals have one LED lamp per target. Each LED is bi-color, three wire, solid state.
  • Each LED is capable of displaying both green or red aspects.
  • Each LED is capable of displaying a yellow aspect with the appropriate circuitry.
  • All signals come with current limiting resistors for 5v or 12v operation.
  • LEDs are common cathode wired. Connecting either lead to positive (+) will display the corresponding color. Connecting the green and red leads to positive will display yellow.

Color Light Signal Features: HO, N and O Scales

• Color Light signals have one LED for each color aspect (green, yellow, or red).
• LEDs are common anode wired. Bringing a lead to ground(-) will display the corresponding color.
• All signals come with current limiting resistors for 5v or 12v operation.

Built-ups Features:HO N O & G Scale

• All built-up signals come completely assembled.
• All block signals come painted with black targets and silver base, mast, ladder, plate forms, and finials.
• All signals are pretested.
• Each signal comes with installation and operating instruction.

Crossing Signals

Signal Control Units

Grade Crossing Flasher Unit Features HO N or O (CF):

• This unit controls the alternating illumination of Grade Crossing Signals.
• 12-18v operation drive LED type crossing signals
• built-in current limiting resistors
•  can be used with DSD for activation or use other detection devices or simple on/off switch.
• will control Tortoise switch machine to activate crossing gates as well as other features of CF or CFD (Tortoise and other necessary activation devices not included)

Grade Crossing Flasher/Detector Unit Features HO N or O (CFD):

• This unit has the same features as the Grade Crossing Flasher unit with a built-in detector.
• Output and input for double track mains to activate CFD from either track.

Detector/Signal Driver Unit (DSD) Features (HO N or O):

• Current Sensing type detector
  The DSD provides detection and signal logic for either search light or color light signals for a single block of track.
• Compatible with DC or DCC systems. Can be used on any system with 9-18v and a maximum 4 amp output.
• will provide detection and signal driving for one block of track.
• bi-directional providing detection and signaling on single-track mains in both directions.
• drives LED type signals. (Search Light: bi color 3 wire, common cathode; D-Type-common anode). It will not drive two wire bi-color LEDs).
• can control either search light or color light type signals. Current limiting resistors built in for signals.
• Uses 12-1812v DC for operation.
• Complete manual for installation and operation
