Products Description
- Search Light signals have one LED lamp per target. Each LED is bi-color, three wire, solid state.
- Each LED is capable of displaying both green or red aspects.
- Each LED is capable of displaying a yellow aspect with the appropriate circuitry.
- All signals come with current limiting resistors for 5v or 12v operation.
- LEDs are common cathode wired. Connecting either lead to positive (+) will display the corresponding color. Connecting the green and red leads to positive will display yellow.
- Color Light signals have one LED for each color aspect (green, yellow, or red).
- LEDs are common anode wired. Bringing a lead to ground(-) will display the corresponding color.
- All signals come with current limiting resistors for 5v or 12v operation.

Large Scale Easy Signals (1:26 Scale)
ESS ECS ETS EPL ECP ESM
Easy Signals were first introduced at the National Garden Railway Convention in July at Denver. They were and still are a big hit with customers. The signals were reviewed in Garden Railways Magzine in the December issue of 2009 (Part #s ESS and ECS). Since then were have add some feaures as well as adding several new signals to the line. The main feature was to add an adjustable yellow and red timer with 4 choices
(5, 8, 12, and 15 seconds) which is dip switch selectable.

- Tri-light Color Light (ETS)
- Position Light (EPL)
- Color Position Light (ECP)
- 3 Color upper quadrant Semaphore (ESM)
Features
- Powered by 9 volt battery (not included) ( rechargeable recommended) 5 hour continuous operation (2 hours for Semaphore) These are the only signals in are total line of large scale signals which operate on a 9 volt battery.
- Can be powered by 9 - 18 volt DC (not track power).
- Can be permanently mounted or temporary for an operating session.
- Stimulated ABS signaling with green clear, yellow, and red occupied adjustable time delay for yellow and red.
- Infrared detector and electronics built into lower cabinet with IF sensor adjustment , red and yellow timer adjustment.

Easy FRED (Flashing Rear End Device)
The EASY F.R.E.D. has the following Features:
[1] Battery operation (4 AAA batteries not included) with battery box and switch. Attaches under car body.
[2] Full portable: battery box attached with Velcro strip. F.R.E.D. attaches to coupler or coupler shank with clip. Can be transfered from one car to another in seconds.

Searchlight Signal (Single Target)
1 Scale and Large Scale signals are designed to be permanently wire. They require a power source for operatio between 9 - 18 volts DC. They are not designed to be used with track power. They can be operated with our system concrol units (LDSD-IF) which use IR detectors mounted between the rails and ties.

Detector/Signal Driver Unit (LDSD)Features (Large Scale):
- The LDSD provides detection and signal logic for search light signals for a single block of track.
- Compatible with any operating system.
- The sysem :
- Simple version selection by jumper block for:
- Stand Alone selection is for simple operation with minimum wiring. The LDSD will bring the signal to red when a block is detected. When the train is no longer detected, the signal will drop to amber for 12 seconds, and then return to green
- Interlocked version is completely interlocked. Signals will display the proper aspects of green, amber, and red depending on track condition. This version simulates ABS type signal systems.
- New Relay box contains all the circuitry to run the system. Can be retrofit to any railroad already in use.
- Uses the latest state-of-the-art electronics with infrared detection for any light conditions.
- Capable of driving bicolor three-wire LEDs including circuitry for amber aspect.
